OUR STORY
We were founded in 2017 by India Gary-Martin. We are a multi-disciplinary leadership practice that works at the intersection of leadership and culture with a particulary focus on DEI and sustainability. We work with global companies from publicly traded household names to midcap companies, educational institutions, government and not-for-profit organizations.
Our sector expertise spans Financial Services, FMCG, Pharma, Entertainment, Comms and Consultancy.
ACCREDITED CONTENT
Our leadership development and e-learning content are accredited. Individuals and companies can leverage our content for elective continuing education credits. We offer SHRM, HRCI, NABSA, IACET (international accreditation) and CLE (continuing legal education) credits for 10 states.
Our Signature Program & Audiences
Tailored Leadership Approach
Our customers are individuals, small business and enterprise users. We take a tailored approach to each of our audiences, focusing on unique sector, size and development needs.
The Aspire Program is our signature public program for senior leaders. This virtual program (with optional in person closing session) is for leaders who are in transition, thinking about what's next, or who feel stagnant and want to elevate their leadership. This six month program runs once per year and covers topics like influencing, defining your narrative, managing difficult stakeholders, managing perception and building profile. With participants from around the globe, this course will jump start your professional network.
