India Martin is a 25 year veteran of financial services and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. An American by birth, she has held a number of global C-Suite roles including expatriate assignments in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

In her final role at JPMorgan, India was Managing Director & Global Chief Operating Officer for Investment Banking Technology and Operations where she had multi-billion dollar budgetary management responsibility for 15,000 staff in more than 40 global locations.
Post her corporate career, India established Leadership For Life, a global Executive coaching, facilitation and consulting practice. She is a globally recognized leadership expert and coach with a clientele of Fortune 500 and C-Suite executives from around the world. Formerly an adjunct professor of Corporate Education at Temple University in Japan, India is a well known keynote, panel speaker and TV panelist having appeared on CNBC, TVOne, BBC (UK) and CBS. India is currently on the coaching faculty at Georgetown University for the Exec Master's in Leadership and is also on the coaching faculty of the New York City Bar Association's Associate Leadership Institute. She is an expert diversity, equity and inclusion practitioner with specific expertise in both race and gender equity. She has led several Fortune 500 CEO's, their leadership teams and staff through racial equity programming and strategy development.
In her time in Europe, India was been named one of the 50 top businesswomen in Europe and Top 100 Black executives in the UK. A proponent of the gender pay equity and women on boards, India is the President Emeritus of City Women's Network, a professional body for senior women in corporate, third sector and entrepreneurial industries where she spearheaded the "Corporate Board Readiness Program". For this work, she has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Marketing Week, Harpers Bazaar and Glamour.
India is a published writer, speaks fluent French and functional Japanese. She attended Spelman College and London Business school. She is married with 3 children and resides between London and Washington D.C.
